By accessing or using the e-commerce ranks portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Service operator.
The Service provides a curated ranking of e-commerce websites operating in the Polish market. The ranking data is compiled periodically and presented for informational and analytical purposes. Access to the full ranking (1,000 websites) requires a registered and verified account. Anonymous visitors may view a limited preview (top 50 websites).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
After registration, you will receive a verification code to confirm your email address. Full access to the ranking data is granted only after successful email verification. Unverified accounts will have limited access equivalent to anonymous visitors.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
All content on the Service, including but not limited to the ranking data, methodology, design, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of the Service operator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The ranking data is compiled through proprietary methods and constitutes a database protected under EU Directive 96/9/EC.
The Service and ranking data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the ranking data. The ranking is based on publicly available information and proprietary analysis, and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.
